Mr. Hand
English & Writing Instructor
Mr. Hand has over ten years of teaching experience in U.S. K–12 schools and adult education, having taught AP Literature, ESL, and academic writing. He also holds a Google Certified Educator credential and has experience with TOEFL exam work. He graduated with honors in English from the University of California, Davis, providing students with a strong foundation in the humanities and education.
He has published several books, contributed to DK Publishing, and participated in academic publications and conference presentations, gaining extensive public speaking experience. These achievements enable him to transform academic depth into practical classroom value and broaden students’ perspectives.
In his teaching style, Mr. Hand emphasizes clarity and actionable feedback, and he is particularly skilled at making complex topics easy to understand. With extensive experience in small-group teaching and one-on-one guidance, he provides personalized support tailored to each student’s needs.
In addition to teaching and publishing, he is active in writing, editing, and content creation, inspiring creativity in students’ writing and expression. He is dedicated to helping students achieve breakthroughs in both academics and communication.
